This is the face I get a lot these days...

I know this is horrible, but I just had to take a picture of you throwing a fit at bedtime one night. Most nights you'll go to bed just fine (and by that I mean you'll get up a couple of times to get tucked back in which is still a tad bit annoying because if you wouldn't get out of bed then you wouldn't need to be tucked back in in the first place) but then there are the not so fine nights...which usually consist of you screaming and throwing a huge fitand these are usually how those fits look.....

Our "fort"

You love to build tents or forts in the living room. We get a blanket and drape it over the coffee table and furniture and you absolutely love to play in the "cave"....well, that is until Aiden tears the tent down, but it's fun while it lasts.

More birthday pictures

Thanks to Aunt Brooke, we have more pictures from your 3rd birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. Yes, it's almost 3 months later, but between Aunt B & I, we both have so much going on that it took a while for her to get the pictures uploaded and took me a while to find time to update the blog....better later than never, right (and yes, I realize the pics are in no particular order)?

Happy Valentine's Day

Here are some pics I snapped on Valentine's Day morning as you were opening your "goodies" from Daddy & I. You got "Where the Wild Things Are", a set of 3 bible story books and tons of candy!!

Happy Birthday, Max!!

On February 13th we helped your friend, Maddox (aka "Max") celebrate his 3rd birthday at The Jump Zone in North Little Rock. The party was later in the day (4:15-6:00) so Aiden was a tad bit fussy since we had to wake him up from his nap to go to the party, hence the lack of pictures. Thankfully Daddy went with us even though he didn't feel good due to a head cold. You still had a blast, though, and even managed to talk Daddy into sliding down some things with you. You were a little hesitant to play at first until you saw some of your friends (Connor, Alex, Sam, Maggie, Max) and then you were completely fearless!  I hung out with the other moms (who coincidentally were some of the same moms that were at Catie's party earlier that day so we were all a little worn out) and tried to keep Aiden as calm as possible which worked until the very end of the party...
